“With Donna’s help, I was able to get my thoughts out, organize them and write the papers at lightning speed! She saved me time, money and a lot of stress! I graduated in August and have never been prouder of my accomplishments. Having an educational coach like Donna was the best decision I could have made.”
“I had been attending a University for 5 years, working full time and a full time single mom when I met Donna. I was seeking to complete my BA in Communications and it seemed like I was never going to finish! I found out about a program where I could complete my degree by writing papers for credit. I started out thinking I could “Do it all” and quickly realized that writing papers for credit was almost harder than taking the classes. I had to gather research for six 8-10 page papers that required multiple layers of academic structure and a ton of academic writing. I am a great creative writer but I struggled when it came to academic writing at such a high volume and furious pace. These papers had to be done in one term plus the half of another term. (4 months) When I approached Donna about helping me I was shy. I felt bad that I could not “do it all.” What I quickly realized is that with Donna’s help, I was able to get my thoughts out, organize them and write the papers at lightning speed! She saved me time, money and a lot of stress! I graduated in August and have never been prouder of my accomplishments. Having an educational coach like Donna was the best decision I could have made. Now I can move forward and apply for jobs that required a degree! Thank you Donna for the many hours I spent pacing the floor, talking out ideas and theories with you and writing, writing, writing. You were amazing!”
“Donna has made my hard life…much softer.”
“What I thought would be guidance to help me discover what to do after retiring, became very quickly, unexpected guidance through sorrow and tragedy. Donna and I had begun to sift through part-time job possibilities, when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Immediately, Donna quickly became a source of inspiration and guidance through the decisions I would make through the next 5 months. Not only did she support me through the illness and death of my husband, but also through the incarceration of our son 2 weeks after my husband’s passing. Donna has continued to walk beside me in this brutal, sorrowful time. While we have never met in person, I feel she is that friend who always hears me out, makes no judgement and allows me to talk through the decisions. She is a gentle ‘guide’…one I wish all could encounter….and you can. We continue where we began over a year ago, in searching for job possibilities, and sorting through all the other anguish that may pop up. Donna has made my hard life…much softer.”

“Donna has literally changed my life, she possesses a gift of the perfect words, guidance, focus and knowledge when you need it.”
“When Donna’s and my path first crossed, I would describe myself as someone who was feeling lost and without direction . I was stuck at an ugly, desolate fork in the road. I had an extreme desire to seek change, but just didn’t know what steps to take and was scared to death to even take them. My expectations with working with a life coach were to help me, a stay-at-home Mom of 9 years, to progress back into the life of a professional working Mom. What I didn’t expect was the personal journey I would take, helping me to find myself, my worth, and the wonderful world of self-empowerment. Right from the start, I found Donna to be kind, supportive, and a patient listener. Most importantly to me, I found her to be genuine and non-judgmental. Every week she assigned me “Action Steps”. Action steps were “homework” that I was to complete prior to our next coaching session. These steps, built around personal or professional growth, helped me to return the focus back to me. As a Mom, I found it is so easy to lose focus of anything but the needs and demands of those around me. Donna helped me see that, in order to succeed in any direction or path, I needed to take the time to focus on me. Looking at myself objectively, I found my strengths and weaknesses, my pain and my happiness. I started looking at the world differently because I was looking at myself differently. I started looking in the mirror and liking what I saw, and not because I was having a good hair day, it was because I LIKED ME! My personal belief in my own goodness and greatness was oozing from the inside out, transforming me into this super motivated being!!! Donna has literally changed my life, she possesses a gift of the perfect words, guidance, focus and knowledge when you need it. She has already helped me excel both personally and professionally and I have only just begun! My ugly fork in the road has changed into this infinite path of beauty, success, and self-fulfillment. Thank you, from the deepest depths of my heart and soul.”

“Donna’s joy and love of her work is contagious, it made me say, this is possible, I can find my way.”
“I knew I wanted to work with Donna right away when I met her. She exuded peace, and a humble, gentle confidence. As I talked to her, she was 100% sure that I would find the path that was right for me as far as a career. The steps we took together to do this were simple, and practical. One at a time it became clear to me what I was passionate about. It was not a specific career, or job title, it was the qualities, the values, that I was defining that would then lead me down the right path. Donna’s joy and love of her work is contagious, it made me say, this is possible, I can find my way and I will and Donna will be by my side as I do. She asked me just the right questions to help illuminate the right path before me. I am forever grateful for her help.”
“Donna compassionately helps you to imagine your best self and take active steps to get there!”
“Sometimes we just get stuck in life. As a stay at home mom, many days can look the same. The person we were before children, full of dreams and passion for our hobbies and interest can seem like a distant friend, in meeting the needs of little children and our families. You of course love your children, but when you get so stuck, you need to find a way to love yourself again. Working with Donna has helped me find a greater peace and far better balance in life. She has helped me focus on improved self-care, like making time for exercise and hobbies; better communication with my spouse; and is helping me squelch that inner critic and naysayer who is a roadblock to my goals in life. Donna compassionately helps you to imagine your best self and take active steps to get there! “

“Her non-judgmental approach has always put me at ease, and I am thankful for her support and willingness to be an ear when I needed it, and a voice when I needed a fresh outlook….”
“I am very pleased to have crossed paths with Donna. She has played an important role in my recovery from perfectionism, my ability to celebrate the little moments, and in my journey to becoming a more self-confident person. Her non-judgmental approach has always put me at ease, and I am thankful for her support and willingness to be an ear when I needed it, and a voice when I needed a fresh outlook on an area in my life. I always felt better after our meeting. She is an incredibly inspiring person, and I’ve become more inspired just by knowing her.”
“Whatever speed bumps I encounter moving forward, I know I can move past them and survive. Donna has remained a friend and a trusted source for future coaching.”
“Revelation. It’s an empowering and frightening sensation. How do you move forward with it? For me, it was finding Donna. I truly believe the Universe was guiding me on my path once I realized my marriage was over. Before I proceeded with my divorce, I wanted to be sure my path was true. Searching for clues in various articles, I came across Donna’s Facebook page and we started chatting. Liking our conversations, we started coaching sessions. Her exercises helped me focus on what I wanted in to achieve in life. Forward progression was achieved through small steps. Not only did I move forward with the divorce with confidence, but I survived the first year on my own and created a new life. Whatever speed bumps I encounter moving forward, I know I can move past them and survive. Donna has remained a friend and a trusted source for future coaching.”
“In working with Donna, I have left our conversations feeling renewed energy and a sense of clarity and purpose.”
“Donna has a very authentic approach to coaching. She is a keen listener and always seems to draw insights from the details of daily life. In working with Donna, I have left our conversations feeling renewed energy and a sense of clarity and purpose. I have been excited to report the week’s successes and reflect on its challenges. Working with Donna has taught me a lot about creating a positive outcome through intention.”
“What I appreciate about Donna’s coaching style is her sensitivity and gentleness.”
“What I appreciate about Donna’s coaching style is her sensitivity and gentleness. Those traits were crucial in forming the trust between us I needed to feel safe. I was comfortable sharing with her from the moment I first met her. When you add the tremendous insight and knowledge she has about the adoption triad, I feel so thankful the two of us crossed paths. As an adoptee, I have found her help invaluable.”
“(Donna) acted as a buffer or a filter that shielded me from the fears that held me back from talking about my accomplishments. Having my fears kept away, and her honest perspective as a mirror, in a sense gave me the permission and practice I needed to be confident.”
“Women in general have disadvantages in the area of “selling” themselves to employers. Imposter Syndrome is real! I had trouble imagining any outcome as perfect or wonderful, especially when it came to searching for career. Donna didn’t say the old stand-by lines, “be yourself, just be confident, et cetera….” Instead she acted as a buffer or a filter that shielded me from the fears that held me back from talking about my accomplishments. Having my fears kept away, and her honest perspective as a mirror, in a sense gave me the permission and practice I needed to be confident.
Donna showed me that I wasn’t even considering the joyful or the possible. Donna didn’t instruct me to “envision the possibilities,” but she created a way for me to do it when I didn’t know the possibilities existed. I now have in front of me a whole roll of (my favorite candy) Sweetarts with only my favorite flavors, in the form of a wonderful job opportunity. It is so valuable to now be able to “envision possibility” that I don’t have to accept less than my favorites.”
